International Shipping
Florent.top proudly ships to customers within the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

- International Delivery Times: Can vary significantly depending on the destination country’s customs processing and local postal services, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Florent.top is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
Florent.top is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
